Blaire Spencer writes voice-driven stories that explore love, complicated family dynamics, and the ways places can change us, with settings so vivid, they feel like a character themselves. Her debut novel was inspired in part by her honeymoon in Australia (no sharks, plenty of wine). Originally from Los Angeles, she now pretends to be a cowgirl in Austin, Texas - hat collection, cowboy boots, and all.

In her spare time, she hangs out with her husband and cats, works her way through a growing wine collection, bowls competitively with her team, The Bowled & The Beautiful, and chips away at her second novel.
